FREE Courses for Dietary Professionals

Be sure to read specific requirements and registration needs before you proceed with these units. They may differ in accordance to your specific State Registration requirements.

You may need to navigate down the list for courses that would be in your best interest or need. Categories of studies are not in any specific order.

Many states do not require "certified" courses for Nursing Home/Assisted Living's Dietary Professionals for continual education. You may wish to use the ones noted below and calculate the time utilized for it's completion. At this point you may wish to document your activity with a "Declaration of Participation."

For courses that have no associated professional credits, you may print out a "Declaration of Participation" Statement that you and your employers may file as validation of it's completion. This may be appropriate for courses that need to be taken as "core requirements" at your place of employment (per state regulations).

Be aware, approval of this validation must be congenial to your employer's policies and guidelines, and your State's requirements.
